Welcome to my homepage! I am an economist at the European Commission, concentrating on current account imbalances.
Before, I studied economics ECARES Brussels (Université libre de Bruxelles), IHS Vienna and the WU Wien (Vienna University of Economics). I also worked two years as a fixed income quant at the WestLB financial markets division.
Finally, I was and am engaged in some script-language programming, mainly within statistical software languages - e.g. I have contributed to the Bayesian Model Averaging package BMS.
